  • Shipping Methods: We exclusively ship within the United States via UPS. Customers can choose between UPS Ground and Express shipping options.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $100.

  • Delivery Time: Estimated delivery times vary based on the chosen shipping method and location.

  • Fresh Perishable Foods: We ship fresh perishable foods with special care to ensure their quality upon arrival.

Return & Exchange Policy

Return Policy:

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date, excluding fresh perishable foods.

  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

  • Refund: Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Exchanges: Unfortunately, we do not currently offer exchanges. Customers can place a new order for the desired item.
