Hello. This is the webmaster for Mediterraneo Foods. I don't know who you have spoken to, but I am here to help you. Sometimes, you may receive the order in two different shipments, or ask for a refund if something is missing and you do not prefer receiving it in a different shipment. I understand your frustration, but may I ask who lied? Did you speak to someone specifically? In the meantime, could you please tell me if the other products are ok? Would you like a partial refund for what is missing, or would you like to wait for the missing part? I have checked to see if you left a message before, but I don't see any written communication. DO NOT TRUST
Terrible experience at this shop. I ordered two times and both times I got a partial order, several weeks later. No sign of refund, even when asked. The business model is that none of these products are available, and some of them are ordered for import when an order in place. Average time to get them imported is 4/5 weeks. Zero support, will never shop here again.
